About
A law firm is only as good as its lawyers. That is why we are very careful about selecting our associates to ensure they meet the highest standards of knowledge, professionalism and leadership. Our firm was originally founded as Nagel Goldstein & Felipe in 1999, as an affiliate of a Pittsburgh and Washington DC firm. In 2002, Marcell Felipe bought out the interest of his partners in the Miami office and launched Marcell Felipe Attorneys. Since then, the firm has assisted clients in numerous industries, including television, oil, energy, insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality and many others. The firm has also developed a niche in the area of shareholder disputes, take-overs and in sanctions regulations. The firm has developed its own network of premier partner law firms in Latin America, chosen based on their knowledge, professionalism and leadership in their market, and is a member of Eurolegal, an invitation only, peer-reviewed network of small and mid-sized firms in Europe. In short, our firm has a vast network of knowledge and contacts that is is prepared to share with its clients.
