About Inspire America
www.inspireamerica.org

Our mission is simple: to inspire freedom in Cuba in and the Americas.

Inspire America visits with world leaders, prepares policy proposals, coordinates TV ad campaigns, conducts polls and supports pro-democracy groups.  Inspire America, however, does much more than that.  Our network of lawyers is ready to assist anyone harmed by the Castro Regime or with information on illegal acts by the Castro Regime.  We strive to develop useful information for media organizations and to provide experts for analysis, upon request.  We strive to accomplish our mission in as many ways as we can.

Inspire America is organized as what is sometimes called a "Super PAC", an organization which can raise an unlimited amount of money from individual donors and businesses and spend these funds on political advertisements.

Our Projects
Policy Proposals
Our team has developed a number of US policy proposals, including updating Radio and TV Marti and keeping oppressors from being eligible for US Visas. We advocated for a roll back of the Obama regulations, including the Presidential Policy Directive of October 2016, instructing US agencies not to pursue policies which seek regime change.
Assistance to Democracy Groups in Cuba
Inspire America's office space, salaries and administrative expenses are paid by donations from its officers.  As such, all funding received from the public is used to fund pro-democracy groups, including cellphones, medicines and other essential tools they need to survive and carry out their noble mission.
Diplomacy
Inspire America's network of entrepreneurs, journalists and leaders provide the organization with opportunities to meet and discuss our efforts with world leaders. We strive to meet and negotiate concessions, statements and other means of support for Cuba's pro-democracy movement.
TV Spots
Inspire America has produced a number of issue ads, which it airs on a regular basis.   Ads focus on promoting democracy in Cuba, on the contributions made by Americans of Cuban descent to Miami and the US, or highlight the position of elected officials on the Cuban struggle for democracy.
Media Appearances and Contributors
Inspire America has a number of talented and knowledgeable experts throughout the world, both within and outside of the organization, who can be interviewed.  Media outlets can send inquiries with specific area of expertise required, and Inspire America will send a list of prospective experts with their bio and qualifications.
Social Media Campaign
This is the latest frontier in the fight for ideas.  We work with volunteers to provide commentary on all Cuba and democracy related news content on the web.
Legal Team / Whistleblower Assistance
Inspire America has a network of excellent lawyers ready to provide guidance on any number of issues for pro democracy groups and individuals who have been harmed by companies who work with the regime and violate US or international law.  We also provide assistance to anyone who can provide information on criminal conduct by Cuban government affiliated businesses, including medicare fraud, or anyone with knowledge of US companies paying regime officials for the right to do business in or with Cuba.
Polling Data / Fact Sheets
Inspire America Foundation and America Teve commissioned a new poll of 600 Cuban American voters in Miami Dade County.  The Poll is conducted by SurveyUSA one of the highest ranked polling firms in the US  with over 90% of correctly predicted races, and serving over 50 TV stations and 19 of the largest 25 companies in the US.

Key Highlights:
  • Amongst the Cuban-Americans who were interviewed about the presidential election and voted in November, 2016, 62% voted for Donald Trump; while 32% voted for the Democratic candidate, Hillary Clinton.
  • More than 70% of Cuban-Americans consider that US companies should stop doing business in Cuba as long as Raul Castro's Government stays with 92% of the salary that American companies pay and/or pay their employees on the island.
  • In a ratio of 6 to 1, the Cuban Americans considered that, after the death of Fidel Castro, the United States must cease all commercial openings with Raul Castro's government until solid steps are taken towards the democratization of the island.
  • More than 70% of Cuban-Americans considered the Cuban Adjustment Act should be amended to avoid being violated or abused by Cubans who arrive from the island claiming political persecution, taking benefits prescribed by the Act and then traveling to Cuba under normal circumstances without fear of reprisal.
